Cold sore outbreak help!

hi mummy’s I’m having a bit of A panic I’m 14 weeks pregnant and have just broken out into The worst cold sore rash of my life. I’ve never had one before and have no idea how I’ve picked it up but to say it’s bad is an understatment. my Lips are absolutely covered in blisters and I’m feeling very feverish. ive heard pregnant woman are prone to cold sores but any idea why it’s so bad or what I can do to help.
