Sunny holiday destination with 6 month old??

hello Mums, been trying to think of easy European holiday destinations to go in spring With BF and daughter who will be 6-7 months by then. if anyone had a successful first holiday please pass on ideas! We never go away but I feel a break would do us good. Would love a bit of sun and sea ideally and  somewhere easy to pop back for lunchtime nap etc. pram friendly access and surroundings essential. Any Ideas?
