Ten weeks postpartum and bright red bleeding for only one day

Hello. Today morning I had a dream that I'm pregnant again. My baby is 11 weeks now and last week I had bright red bleeding for only a day. My lochia stopped way back before 8 weeks I remember since childbirth me and hubby had sex for only three times untill now. 1st one was unprotected but he ejaculated outside, 2nd and third was with condoms. I'm quite eager to know because I somehow still believe in morning dreams
