Pregnant and due during A level exams

Hey everyone,
So my girlfriend and I have just found that she is 3 months pregnant. Whilst really happy about it, she is not sure what happens when it comes to A level exams. She would potentially be due on the day of her exams.
Does anyone know if exams can be postponed or if there is any other alternative?
She plans to take a gap year after exams and then go to uni.
