I'm a recent member of MFM and I just wanted to share this with you all, there's an app I've downloaded recently after being shown a Facebook ad and it basically turns your phone into a personal alarm.
It's called One Scream and is free, good for mums of teenage girls particularly - I've made all of my friends download it!
