Pic of sons birth certificate is now on a lost phone - panicking, what should i do?

so when my son was born I sent a picture of my sons birth certificate in a group chat with my partners family to show he’s registered. Now one of them has lost their phone!! I’m panicking someone will have my sons information. I honestly can’t sleep worrying. Do I contact the police what do I do?! Xx
