Please help, is this normal after medical abortion

i recently had a medical abortion and i keep passing these weird things does this mean the abortion worked what is this is it miscarriage tissue???? Is it normal im 19 and im freaking out because i dont have money to go to the doctor and im gonna have to travel to see a gynecologist

Did the doctor tell you to expect anything like that ? I don't think clots that size are normal at all , but never had an abortion so don't know what to expect.
