3 weeks of breast pain EVERY MONTH!

I know tenders boobs are part of the deal when it comes to periods, but over the last 3 or 4 months I’ve noticed it lasting for three weeks in the lead up to my period (my cycle has always been 5 weeks). Three weeks seems a bit much - has anyone else experienced this?
(For context, I’m 34 and had a baby three years ago - but my cycle went back to normal shortly after).
