Hi mums,
Good things happen when least expected...
Being a bit sad because my previous post didn't give me the answers I was looking for (thanks Sofia for the response), I found myself discussing about my experience with childcare costs with 3 MBA students from London Business School!
That team works on a social business project aiming at reducing gender inequality in the UK and found my question on the forum through one of their professors!
They asked me to get involved in their project by sharing my experience and asking the forum on their behalf if other mums would be interested in providing them with insight about the way they cope with childcare costs.
So if you do have or had an issue with financing childcare costs and want to share that experience, you are more than welcome to send me a message here!
The reason I am so excited about this is that those people believe that the majority of female career setbacks happen because of expensive childcare. That is what I felt that had been happening to me before I asked for funding and the reason why I am glad to act as ambassador of their project on the forum.
This is project concerns women in labor or with kids between 0-4 years old.
Drop me a line here, if you want to help out. They are awesome people and I don't think they will waste your time.
