Our landlord told us we'd be getting new heating installed this month, well it's the 30th June and guess what no heating

That's just typical of him tbh
3 years ago part of our livingroom ceiling collapsed, we told him about it and he said he would arrange for the plasterer to come. Almost a year later it was finally fixed after him being reminded twice 
We've also got a hole in the bottom of our front door which lets in such a draught and the wind whistles up the stairs. He's told us we're getting a new one, but i won't hold my breath

What grates- workmen who park there vans on the pavement so you have to walk on a busy road with the pushchair and a toddler.
