Hi I am new and wanting some help

We went to the drs yesterday about ttc as been ttc for three years htb has to go to the hospital and do his 'business' and then they will count his sperm count. We both know his sperm count is low due to an accident he had when he was younger... And the sperm he does have swim backwards.



Can anyone give me any tips/pointers on how to get pregnant naturally though? xx
