enlarged kidney with cysts... worried can any1 help ?

hi im wondering if anyone can help im worried... my nephews girlfriend had a baby 4 weeks early last halloween and throughout her pregnancy she was told baby had 1 enlarged kidney, the thing is hes still got that but now realised hes also got cysts on it too, hes only 3 and half months old, does anyone know what will happen if he will need operation or something ? im really worried about him.

thank u, im just worried for him coz hes still so small too n looks as though hes only afew wk old still which in fact hes nearly 4 months. x
