nose bleeds!

  I'm having the same problem hun my gums bleed every time I brush too x

  I think this is due to over heat inside your body.You should avoid eating anything that increases heat inside your body.Make sure to consult your doctor and check the exact reason behind nose bleeding.You can smell onion to stop nose bleeding for some time.
