Looking for support tools xx

Hi there, I used to be a relatively calm person, but since having my kiddies I find myself feeling overwhelmed and stressed a lot. Do other people feel like this? I do love my kids, but sometimes it feels like I'm on a hamster wheel. Is there anything that you've found has helped. TIA xx

  • Hi @JanePetersen, I totally know what you mean. I have been using a brilliant app for Mums called The Nourish App. It has loads of accessible stuff on there - short bits which specifically address overwhelm and stress for mums. It's helped me loads with sleeping too. And they're short - so perfect for mums. I'd definitely recommend. Hope it helps xx
