NO ONE CAN DIAGONSE PROPERLY!!!

Hi, My baby is 13 months he has been suffering over the last few weeks even months with spouts of been unwell and even hospitized with a virus called adenovirus, tonsilitic and an ear infection. The ear infection is constant with pulling and last weekend broke out in a nasty rash down the ears and lower face, back again to doctor and he put him on floxapen 4 times daily and fucidin H cream which took the swelling and rash down until two days ago the rash is back and as i see only gettin worse with the swelling of the ears!!! I dont know what to do we have been to 6-7 doctors and hospital twice all in all and am so broke, i have a full 5 days more of the floxapen should i carry on with taking this hes precribion is up tomorrow. Please help no one seems to diagonise properly. Thanks!!!
