Hi peeps,
Was wondering if it was possible to have a bit of advice please.
I need to keep myself in shape, so that i can keep active as much as possible, but i need to know the best type of exercise to do. I like my swim and i like my gym, but since finding out i haven't gone to the gym, swimming yes, but no gym. Is that the best thing to do? i have asked about clases and have my list, but they are all in the day and i don't think work will let em have an hour off to go. So is swim the best thing to do?
