hi neewbie to the healthy side lol

hi im jo 22 had my gorgeous boy coming upto 12 weeks ago been eating silly like woteva weneva (soo much junk) lol im ex B/F i iniltially (sp?) lost around a stone straight after birth even tho he was only 5.5 but now im feeling fat n frumpy n pretty crappy really i have long past of yoyo dieting along side depression n eating diss
so im trying now to do it healthy esp as im B/f
but i only no of 1 diet n thats well, anna so i need 2 steer clear ( it just seems so tempting tho as its a quick answer but wrong )
well i just thought i;d post for support advice ect
