Injection Issues

Well started my injections today.....what a mare!

Didnt realise i had to take the little green cap off as well as the big cap and thought the needle would push down when i pushed the dial at the top to inject.... Fluid everywhere... oh dear. i hope they take into account that you may make a mistake the first time round other wise i am going to have to explain this to the clinic.

Also when i did manage to inject properly, i held the pen for ten seconds but had fluid on the top of my skin still...is this normal?

It was very nerve racking especially as i dont like injections...anyone else having problems?
