Fertility treatment for PCOS

Hi everybody! I'm new to this site, been with my fiancè for 6 years, we're getting married in December and desperate to have a baby together. I've been aware of having PCOS since my periods began but was properly diagnosed via scan this year, I've been trying to get pregnant for a year.

I've been referred to fertility help, so many tests! Then we're looking at Metformin. Can anybody please tell me about their stories of their PCOS with pregnancy? I'm trying to stay positive but think I'd feel better with group support. :)
