Need help my partner had cancer as a kid and we have just found out he has no sperm due to radiation am desperate for a baby but the only way is sperm donor and he is not keen as might not be able to bond 🙁 Is there any chance of us becoming parents with his DNA?

So sorry to hear this.
Does he have no sperm at all on several semen analysis tests or just a low count?
If he is a low count (even if it is only one or two) then they can potentially harvest the sperm and use in ICSI.
If there are no sperm at all, then as far as I'm aware there isn't currently the technology to use his DNA
