6 days after egg transfer frozen cycle - pink blood

hi im new to this and dont know all the lango so sorry if i dont understand. Im day 6 after egg transfer frozen cycle and today was the day my period was supposed to arrive i have had no period but some pink blood when wiping very slight nothing major. Im driving myself insane googling everything not sure if im imagining things. Have had some period like cramping and discharge which looks like the gel not too sure what to think x
