Trying to concieve

So my husband and I have been trying to concieve for about a year now we have been actively trying with iui treatments and timed intercourse I do have pcos,drs have tested me around ovulation time and I am ovulatating, but every month I fall short of being pregnant has anyone had this problem and could help me be more positive. And this month I test in 8 days in the mornings for the past 3 days I have been very nauseas and I am having a little cramping so I'm  not sure if this is all related to hormones or what is going on
