Steroids and Intravenous Medication for FET

We are hoping to do a frozen embryo transfer in January but as I have had two miscarriages the clinic have suggested that I take steroids and have intravenous medication. Just wondering if anybody has taken either of these and if you could give me some advice or further information. Thanks.
