Week 6 and all symptoms have disappeared

I’m now 6 weeks pregnant and all those symptoms I had to start with have disappeared. Nausea, tiredness and sore boobs all gone. I don’t have my early scan for another week and I’m petrified I’m out already. This pregnancy is through IVF and I’m on a lot of meds so surely I should be feeling more?
