How to deal with weight ??

Hi ladies, I hope you are all well. I am on the nasal sniffing stage of a FET and I'm really struggling with my appetite (in that it has massively increased). Has anyone else had this - what are you doing about it? Are you snacking on anything or are you just going hungry?

    Im not on the nasal spray but have been on injections and I have felt my appetite has increased but because I have been unwell I think I have been eating rubbish. I'm at wedding at he weekend and I have a feeling hat the dress I have bought isn't going to fit!

    For the next few days I plan to eat a lot healthier and snack only on healthy stuff.
