Woohoo jumped another hurdle!
Hi Ladies (and gents if youre out there!)
After a year of waiting, testing and appealing our paperwork has finally been sent to MayDay hospital to start treatment. (PESA and ICSI) I have no idea what to expect or what happens now but I feel like we have got somewhere after a year of heartache and worry.
I still can't believe that last month I recieved a phone call to let me know it was a straight up 'No' to treatment, but thanks to an AMAZING nurse we now have a 'YES'.
I know that treatment does not equal bouncing baby ... but I am happy to roll around in a win for us ladies who have to appeal to PCTs and fight for our one shot with NHS funded treatment. Yay!
