Hydrosalpinx/fluid in tube

Hi all,
My OH and I had a BFN yesterday after our 1st IVF attempt. During the many scans, the doctors found that my one remaining tube is full of fluid. After much consideration they decided not to operate as they said it could be dangerous given previous surgery Ive had.
However we only have 1 little snow emby left and I am concerned that when we go for the transfer in the future, it may not work due to the fluid.
Does anyone know if this fluid can be drained and if it can how they actually do it?
I will obviously be asking next week when I go, but I just thought if anyone has experience of this it would give me some ideas.
Many thanks everyone.
