Can anybody recommend a hypnobirthing CD or download? I'd like something that others have tried and found useful rather than attempting to guess what might be too cheesy or unhelpful. Thanks!

    Does anybody else have any suggestions? I'm planning a home birth and would like to be a chilled out as possible!

    hi i also bought the natal pack that was just mentioned. Wasnt exactly using it all the time but found it great to relax to. However in the end the music didnt help. Cd lasted one play. But i would imagine if i had used it more in build up would be have been better. I just found being at home and focused helped so much and didnt have any fear which is exactly what the programme focuses on x
