Birthing pool in a 1st floor flat?

Is it possible to have a home birthing pool in a 1st floor flat (its not a block its a flat above commercial property), I thought I read somewhere about having to have reinforced floors but not sure if that is accurate?

    Not sure but some of the companies that sell them have info on their websites I think...!

    i plan to have a birthpool and im on the second floor and im pretty sure it will be okay its just like running a bath and having 8 people stood in the bathroom .. if you think your floor can withstand that then im sure it will be okay
