Stitches

Hi I had a baby back in April of last year and had some stitches. They healed fine except one of my inner lips has healed in two separate parts so is split horizontally. I showed a nurse and she said to see my GP but I become pregnant soon after so never got round to it. I'm now 6 months pregnant and I'm not sure if it hormones but recently it's really getting me down, I can't even cuddle my partner as I feel disgusting. Has anyone else had this problem and is it an easy fix? HELP!!!

    Hi Caz,

    I had a 3rd degree tear with my eldest daughter which needed stitches and for a time after I had a little 'flap' of extra skin around my perenial area.

    With my youngest I had a 2nd degree tear in much the same area so they corrected it at that point (less stitches and I bearly noticed them).
