How long will they let you labour?
Hi I had a nightmare 36 hour induced labour and had to wait ages for a labour room so was without even has and air for a lot if it. We ended up having an emcs as baby was back to back and got stuck. I am sure I was told that if attempting vbac they will want you to progress reasonably quickly otherwise it's another section. Does anyone know how long this is or if it is x hours for each stage? Thanks

Hi tulip, if you're on fb have a look for vbac support group uk. it is fab, full of knowledgable people who will give you great advice. at the end of the day it's your birth, your choice. medical professionals will try and scare you into doing it their way, but there is a wealth of information out there to help you make a better informed decision.
