Raspberry capsules and tea

Hello!

Im confused as to when i can start taking raspberry capsules and tea and does anyone know if i can take them at the same time?? everyone ive asked are unsure as to when you start image i have bought both from Holland and barrett last week and i am now 32 weeks and 5 days ! Mant Thanks in advance x

    Hi,

    My friend, who is pregnant with her fourth, starts drinking the tea at 34 weeks, she swears by it for stronger contractions.

    No idea about the capsules.
