Waters have gone but no contractions

Hi all my waters started leaking yest morn, I went to hospital and they confirmed waters had gone. They checked Babba and all is well. Only thing is I'm still not having contractions! Just having tightenings. Any advice how to speed up contractions as I would love to avoid going on a drip. Been bouncing on a ball and walking as much as I can. Thanks xx
