Spot of advice..

After my little girl was delivered I was found to have a second Degree tear and had to have an episiotomy, only 7 month down the line, intercourse is so painful, I'm too embarrassed to go to the gp about it, any advice?

    It gets less sore and uncomfortable as it stretches. If it doesn't start to get less sore in the next while then you must see GP as it can cause other problem.



    I had 4th degree tear with my daughter and was too sore to have sex (or do big poos-tmi) for about 6 months. All is normal now, my daughter is 2 and we are expecting again.
