Bump under skin?

Good day

I hope some1 can help with advise regarding my concern...

I am 3 weeks post opp after emergency csection due 2 my boy being face presentation delivery. The wound has healed and looks really good but I have noticed a bump just above my scar which is starting 2 cause some discomfort.

It is about 2 to 3 cm wide and about 4cm long. When i am 2 active it hurts quite a lot but when i rest or masage it, it feels okay.

There is no redness, fever or fluids coming out of scar.

Hops someone can advise me on something.....
