East Surrey hospital Birth Choices Clinic - any experiences??

Hi, has anyone got any experiences from East Surrey's Birth Choices Clinic to share - got an appointment in couple of weeks and wondered what it entails exactly? Been referred there by consultant to discuss delivery options as my first delivery was near death experience for both baby and me, have now said will categorically not be anyone's guinea pig again. Have also heard East Surrey are desperate to get c-sec rates down, anyone know more about that?
