Need advice why I keep getting this
Can someone tell me why I keep getting twinges and pain and movement down below I am 33weeks 2 days and her head is engaged and I am in a lot of pain anybody know what this is?

Hi with both my boys I had sharp shooty pains down below as well as what I can only describe as baby grinding against my bones lol
Don't worry it's very common and makes a lot of sense if baby is head down and engaged. I found when it got too painful it helped to go on all fours and stick my bum in the air if you know what I mean lol x
