Scared from labour and birth
hi I'm 36 weeks pregnant and this is my first baby and I'm really worried and scared about labour and birth. im worried about the contractions that how it would be? How much time it will take to give birth and all... I need psychological help...!!!

Hiya. It's s bit daunting when you know your baby is almost ready to be born! Especially when it's a first baby as you don't know how it's going to feel or what it's going to be like. Have you had any antenatal or parentcraft classes? I'm attended classes when I had all 3 babies and found them useful in preparation for labour, birth and baby's early days.
Depending on where you live you may need to access classes privately but it is certainly well worth it if it helps you to have a relaxed birth where you are well informed to make decisions about your and your baby's care x
