3cm dilated bulging waters how can I get contractions started?!

hey all just posting to get some advice on how to get contractions started, I am 40+2 now and had my first sweep yesterday midwife said I was 3cm dilated nearly fully effaced with bulging waters and baby's head literally right there she said if I wanted to i would be able to feel her head myself but I'm too scared to do that!! This is my first baby, midwife thought I would have gone into labour last night but nothing happened, I had some very mild back cramps but no tightening a or anything I would even be able to recognise as a contraction, and now this morning nothing! Have another sweep tomorrow but just want to get things going now!

So if anyone has some ideas on how to get contractions started would be very appreciated!!
