clary sage oil
hey ladies, has anyone used clary sage oil? ive never heard of it before 39 weeks pregnant and a mum at school recommended it im currently burning some in an oil burner is it effective to help bring on labour? been in slow labour for 2 weeks now and cant take much more but not seeing midwife til 41 weeks dont want to get that far xxx

Hello been looking for the clary sage oil but can't seem to find it where did everyone get these from ??? X
I read that it can help bring on labour & I used it with baby oil to massage into my bump from 39 weeks & had baths in it but it didn't help speed anything up as my son didn't arrive till 41+6! Hope it helps you x
& I bought mine online from Amazon I think
