2nd ceserean recovery experience???

im just after a little advice. i had my son via emergency c section at 28weeks. ive just been told i have to have elective c section this time for medical reasons and wondered what peoples experiences of recovery where? i know i have to stay in at least 3days as my placenta is at the front and im on aspirin so bleeding is an issue as it was last time but im just worried as i have a 2yr old at home and obviously lifting etc is restricted.
