Help.

Im 39weeks&4days gone. 4 the past week or 2 been gettin pains in the bottom of my back! Constantly feeling sick/being sick! Constantly going back&forth 2 the toilet.. feeling constantly tired.. then i went toilet yesterday and had a white jelly discharge.. and last night i woke up at 4 this morning to really bad shootin strong pains at the bottom of my stomach and im in pain with my back now dunno what 2 do. Constantly sweating,i dont want to go hospital if theres nothing wrong? Someone help me please.
