advice please

Hi, I'm currently 39 weeks and I am experiencing really bad lower back pain and period like pains. Ive had loose bowels for the past 5/6 days and the other morning I had to run to the toilet to be sick. at 36 weeks I was 3/5 engaged and at my last appointment 4 days ago. anyone think I'm in early stages of labour or not? this is my first pregnancy so I'm just seeking advice!
