Help please - really suffering after c-section with headaches

i had my baby girl 2days ago (c section/epidural) since ive been able to gt up and walk ive had very horrible migraines which is making my vision very blurry n ive had it for so long its making me feel sick i just cant concentrate even trying to type this out is getting difficult. And i got such a horrible pain under my shoulder blades. I csnt remember having this with my first but im nearly in tears. please help<3 xxx
