confusion over due date!

Hi all. Wondering about your experiences with lmp vs scan dates?  So my lmp says bambino due 22nd Nov,  but all 4 scans I've had, says 13th November.  I'm tense about this as I naturally carried 3 out of 4 babies til 41 weeks,  baby number was 4 was induction which was the worst pain ever. I am desperate to have this little one naturally at home, but hospital want to deliver me far too early at 38wk . Going by my dates, my body will be forced to have baby 5-6 weeks early. Yikes!
