35 weeks. What signs of labour to look for

Hiya.  For past few days I've had lower back pain that doesn't ease with paracetamol, walking,  standing or sitting.  Earlier today I got really bad back pain that went into my hips and ribs. I am now having on and off light cramps in my lower Belly and Braxton Hicks. Ftm so not sure if it's normal pains etc. Did anyone feel like this and it turned out to be something? Thank you X
