38weeks being induced advice please

so I’m 38 weeks pregnant and being induced due to not feeling his movements several times throughout the pregnancy, iv had 2 sweeps since being here since last night, was 1cm when I came in and last check I was 2cm...iv had the induction thing put inside me today and now have to wait 24hour so that’s 1pm tomorrow...having strong period like pains and cramps...bump is hard and seems to have dropped, from your experience how long would you say I’m going to be in for?
