Pain in my .. how I'm gonna give birth??!!

Hello, mummies!! I'm 31 weeks pregnant, really worried abouth how I'm gonna deliver my baby boy! 

I have pain in my vagina I know it sounds weird but I do. When in touching myself, when I try to have sex with my husband, when I'm in the shower, toilet all the time that I have some contact with my vagina. I had this pain before being pregnant maybe for 2 years but it was coming and going.. but now is all the time. 

I spoke with my GP many times and they did many tests like for infections or STD and everything was fine all the times... but now I'm really worried how my baby gonna go out of there and how he is going to be..How I'm going to survive..is not just one thing that comes in my mind. 

Please ladies if any of you had anything similar share your opinion with me.
