Stretch and sweep at 37 weeks.

Hi all I have had a stretch and sweep at 9am today I had some pains after such as cramp and back pain - I went to hospital and was 1cm dilated unaffaced - was told to go home and rest which I have done I'm still slightly bleeding (pinkish discharge) and have got mild pains in front and back I have had a cat nap so the tightnings that were every 3 mins have settled to near enough nothing - do you still think things could happen tonight maybe? Or tomorrow? 

Anybody around my gestation gone in to Labour 24 hours of the sweep? 

Any successful stories?
