Am I showing any signs? 37+2

I need some help and wondering if anyone has had any symptoms like myself and went into labour soon?
Past week I have had loose stools, intense Braxton Hicks, emotions all over the place. One minute really fatigued the next loads of energy.
From 5pm I had period pain in my lower adbomen which then followed through to my back of a dull ache. Not having either now but had really bad diarrhea just.
My body is all over the place, anyone had anything like this?
Also been having sharp pains in my last area but not sure if that’s the baby’s head getting comfy!

I’m also 37+ 2 and you could of been describing me , the pain in my lady parts last night had me in tears and then today nothing!
Midwife just keeps saying when it’s time definitely know 🙄.
I was in triage last night due to something else and they said i wasn’t showing any signs so think it could be our bodies just getting ready - everything crossed for you though!
Have you thought about joining the due in June group? Its great for advice!
